Thank you for booking a Xmas mini session! I look forward to seeing everyone! There will be cookies and hot chocolate out for the mini sessions- if you'd rather I tuck them away for your time slot just let me know 24+ hours in advance, I am happy to do that!

Important Information
Be on Time: Mini sessions are affordable because they are stacked sessions- this means that it is EXTRA important to arrive on time to the session. It’s safest if you aim to arrive 5-10 mins early, there is multiple spots to park and we can get started if I am free! When you arrive, text me to see if I am ready for you.

Be Ready: Because they are short sessions, please arrive ready (bibs on little ones for the road are a good idea) and there are no clothing changes allowed. Also please remind your kiddos to potty before leaving, as the restroom at my studio is not ready yet. So sorry for any inconvenience! Clean shoes are allowed in the studio.
Posing: I will walk you through several different fun poses to get a good variety for you. I be goofy and do my best to make little’s smile. The most important tip is for parents to always be ready with their action given (ex. look at me, look at baby) so that when the kids are smiling you are also in position and we get a magical shot.
Rescheduling: If your someone is sick, or you can't make the time slot because of an unforeseen circumstance, I will do my best to reschedule you, please let me know as soon as you can in this scenario.

It's a large 2 story building right behind my home.
To find it:

Turn up at the driveway right after the gated driveway- you will see a black mailbox that has "18319" on it.

Stay left up that driveway to go up the hill, around the first house, up to the second building. You can park right in front.
If you see a sign that says "RTP Ranch" you have gone too far. Please see photo of where to turn below.
*Please Note*
Currently there is no dedicated studio restroom. In case of urgent need, you can use the one at my house- It's just a short walk down the property.
Please bring/wear clean shoes to wear inside to protect the floors.
